Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original packaging

Be in resellable condition


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos for quality control purposes.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Used items

Items not in original condition or packaging


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
